The Innovation Hub is accredited by Hellenic Accreditation Body (ESYD) according to ELOT EN ISO/IEC 17025 for specific laboratory tests and calibrations and ELOT EN ISO/IEC 17020 as type B Inspection Body for onsite inspections of lifting machinery and air pressure vessels > 450lt.
The Innovation Hub implements Quality Management System (QMS) in the framework of its services’ quality assurance. Technical competence of the Hub's laboratories and inspection body for specific activities, as well as, their compliance with QMS requirements are re-evaluated annually, to ensure the implementation of all the actions needed for the conformity with accreditation requirements. Moreover, all laboratories are performing their activities according to quality procedures in order to assure the reliability of measurements and results.
In our high-tech laboratories, methods are applied that meet national and international standards according to the requirements of our clients.
Measurement equipment and instruments are calibrated annually and internally checked even more frequently.
Employees are the most important factor for our growth and success. We invest in our people and young scientists. Our specialized staff is constantly trained in order to meet the requirements of our customers and depending on the needs of specific tests, such as non-destructive testing - NDT, they are properly certified by recognized bodies in Greece and abroad.
On an annual basis, we participate in inter-laboratory Proficiency Testing schemes of recognized bodies in Greece and abroad for a large number of tests and calibrations, accredited and not, in order to ensure the reliability of their results.
